The world of padel continues its unstoppable expansion, and Venezuela has proudly joined the movement by hosting the exhibition tournament Padel Fest Venezuela Major Tour in Puerto Cabello. Offering the highest cash prize in Latin America, the event managed to attract some of the sport’s biggest stars — including champions Navarro and Bergamini, rising sensations Tolito and Gonza, and top-tier talents like Garrido, Di Nenno, Sanyo, Yanguas, Coki, and many more — solidifying its place on the global padel map.
Puerto Cabello has taken a huge step forward in the development of padel in Venezuela, establishing itself as the “Padel Capital” of the region and a key location in Premier Padel’s strategy to grow the sport and its brand throughout Latin America.
The final saw an exciting clash, with Bergamini and Paquito Navarro clinching the title over Cepero and Torre — who had impressed all week by knocking out top teams like Garrido & Di Nenno and Maxi & Campagnolo. With a thrilling double 7-6 scoreline, Bergamini and Paquito showed their strong chemistry and sent a clear message: they’re ready to challenge for the biggest titles this season.
This result adds even more excitement heading into the upcoming Doha Major in Qatar, now just a week away — a tournament that will also mark the farewell appearance of the pair Di Nenno & Garrido.
